Martha Peet, dance coach from IG Sports, and Will, came to school on Thursday 12th January to lead a Street Dance workshop for Year 4. They started off with a warm-up and learning some cool poses. Then Martha broke down a sequence of moves for them and they learnt them one at a time, gradually building up speed as they worked with the music. The children did three rehearsals, then their dance was filmed and it will be edited by Martha and then shown to the children. BFGs said “That was so cool. Are we doing this every week?” Mrs Slade will have to start working on her moves!
