04 Nov Trowbridge Museum Visit
Before half term Trowbridge Museum visited Norton. All of the children took part in a variety of activities. They were able to look at and explore a variety of old toys and games which they loved. Their favourite part was playing Bagatelle; Nala and Teddy were the champions with 150 points each in Gruffalo and Delphi with 270 points in Elmer. They each made a thaumatrope or ‘wonder turner’ and were excited to see how the separate bird and cage came together.

It was a great morning, the children really enjoyed thinking about the past and how things have changed and it was great to see them all so engaged with the activities and artefacts and taking such care of the old items.
